We're recruiting Property Managers for several residential communities between Fort Lauderdale and Boynton Beach. Multiple openings at different portfolio sizes.
What you'll do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential communities
- Manage budgets, vendors and maintenance programmes
- Work with boards of directors and attend association meetings
- Ensure compliance with Florida community association regulations
What we're looking for
- Community association management experience
- Active Florida CAM licence (or in progress)
- Strong financial literacy and vendor management skills
