Our client is seeking an experienced Auditor to lead financial audits for community associations. This is a fully remote position with a stable, growing organisation.
What you'll do
- Plan and perform audits of condominium and homeowners' association financial statements
- Review budgets, reserves and internal controls
- Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work to Florida statutory requirements for community associations
What we're looking for
- Audit experience, ideally with community associations or non-profits
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
